Our friend and neighbor of 27 years. We will surely miss you. We always looked out for each other over the years. We went by the light. Now the light is out, but we will see you again in another light our dear friend. We will always love and keep you in our hearts.

Dear Bernie & Susan,
I am sorry for your loss,
Mr. Berry was an extraordinary person in which no words can truly describe.
He played a big part in my childhood.
Not only was he a caring neighbor but he was the most wonderful friend to me.
When we moved to Groton N. H I was scared of the woods being young and all, and Mr. Berry being one who loves the mountains picked up on my fears very quickly.
One day he introduced me to his dog Beauty. He told me that I never had anything to fear, that the woods were a magical place filled with peace and natures finest beauty.
He promised me that he would always' keep an eye out for me and to show that he keeps his word he would send his dog out every time I went out side.
And sure enough he did, Beauty would come running over every time I went outside, it never mattered what time a day as soon as I would step out side she would come running with her tail wagging for our next adventure in the woods.
Mr. Berry would come out and wave to assure me everything was secure.
Mr. Berry and his long past wife always' had there door open for me, always' greeting me with a special snack of cookies or pie and we would sit and Mr. Berry would tell me these most amazing stories.
They were like a home away from home for me.
They treated me as if I was one of their own. Always' kind, caring and loving.
We would spend hours talking and they always' came up with these creative ideas to make different things out of things we found out side or kits they would buy for me to make. Every moment we spent was most inspiring, as well as fun.
Mr. Berry will always' hold a special part in my heart.
He was a truly most wonderful blessings from God, He was a genuine friend who showed much, kindness, care, and love to everyone he came across.
He will always' hold a special place in my heart.
I could go on and on with stories of all the wonderful things but in this time of sorrow and sadness I will celebrate each day with the wonderful memories of his life and the amazing impact he has left upon my heart.
May God Bless you and your family through this difficult time.

Bernie & Susan
We are so very sorry for the loss of your dad. He sounded like an amazing man, and we wish we would have gotten the chance to know him. I think he and Jimmy would have had a lot in common. Just remember the good times you had with him and know that he is at peace now. This, and God's help will get you through. We wish we could be there with you, but know that we are thinking of you and praying for your comfort.
We love you both,
Susan & Jimmy

Dear Bernie and Susan,
We are so very sorry about your Dad, but just like Mom they are in a better place and with the person they loved the most. They are now complete again. It breaks our hearts to give them up, but it's a joy and blessing knowing they are no longer in pain. We were so very blessed to have them this long in our life. You have been an awesome Son and I know your parents are so very proud of you. Sending hugs to you all... Love Brett, Diane and Family
