So very sorry to hear of Jeremiah passing...Was introduced to him thru my friendship with his adoptive mother Amy...she was so very excited and proud of him and did everything she could to make his life better and happier...They loved each other and shared so many things good and bad. To Amy..my thoughts and prayers are with you thru this difficult time...To Jeremiah rest in peace my friend...was pleasure to know you and bless you for your gift to others thru organ donation...
