Jeremy Brokaw Obituary
Jeremy Clayton Brokaw, 44, of Rising Sun, IN, (formerly of Greenhills, OH) passed away on Friday, July 21st, 2017. He was a graduate of Winton Woods High School. He is survived by his wife Angela (Cauble) Brokaw; by three sons: Nicholas, Zachary and Nathan Brokaw; by his parents, Carlton & Kathryn Brokaw; by his sister Melanie Hermes(Paul); by his grandmother Bess Zimmer; by niece Michaela Hermes; by father and mother-in-law Woodrow & Barbara Cauble; by sister-in-law Christy Cauble(Dave Ali); by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins, particularly Paul Zimmer.
Funeral services will be 1 PM, Saturday, July 29 at the Markland Funeral Home in Rising Sun, IN. Visitation will be Saturday 11 AM -1 PM. Memorial donations may be made to the family to establish an education fund for the children.marklandfuneralhome.com

I coached soccer with Jeremy from the time are boys were 4 years old. He was VP when I was President of the SAY and SISAY soccer boards. For years, wasn't many days went by we didn't talk on the phone to ensure every child had the opportunity to play soccer if they wanted to play. I will remember all the talks we had when many times it was just him and I lining the soccer fields for hours or when we coached the kids and stood on the sidelines watching. Thanks Jeremy for all those times. May you rest in peace and comfort.
