Jerry was my At teacher at Dutchess community college. He was a very deep well. Always encouraged us to "think" outside the box. He once told us that Art always tells the truth. Twenty years later I realized what he meant. It doesn't tell the truth in the work, it tells the truth about the artist. He was inspirational to all of us, and he will be sorely missed.

He was my art teacher at Dutchess Community College. I enjoyed every minute of the class, a very good leader and artist and a very nice man.

I´ll never forget the story he told about how he got a monkey during one of his many adventures. Thank you Jerry for being such a colorful soul. You really made the world a brighter place. You had to leave this world yet you gave us your bright children and their children´s children for generations to come. Thank you. You will always be missed.
