He survived by his son Jerome Martin Jr.(Tonya), Anthony John (Danielle) and Tina Marie (Randell Sutyla),
Grand Children Randell, Isabelle & Leah Sutyla, Nathan, Cody & Mia Mommaerts
Also Survived by 3 Sisters,1 brother-in-Law: Joan (Don Jakusz), Lorraine Seebruch, & Rosemarie Schwerm.
3 Brothers, 3 sister-in-laws: Wayne (Marsha), Cliff (Jean) & Randy (Joan)
Nephews, Nieces, Cousins, relatives and friends.
Proceeded in death by his Parents Jerome & Caroline (Vanden Heuvel) Mommaerts, Sisters Sylvia Evica, Janice Tomczak and Carol Pelzek, Grandson Destin Mommaerts
JEROME MARTIN MOMMAERTS was know for his sense of humor, strong work ethic, love of nature. He found joy in Hunting, Fishing and tinkering with things and cherished moments spent with his family. He was a true role model. Always saying how proud he was of his Family.
