I am so glad I had the pleasure of meeting Jamie's grandfather at several family events. He had a great sense of humor and loved spending time with his family. He was a very dedicated husband, father, and grandfather. An extremely generous man.

I have such good memories of Jerry when we were at US together. He was kind to me then, and I sadly lost contact after our graduation in 1946. I am sad to hear of his death, and I am reminded of so many memories and ways in which I did not know then, but realize now, that he made my life rich and full. I am flooded with so many feelings of love that I did not know then, but surely do so now. I will miss Jerry, and what he gave me then, forever. Roger Jelliffe MD. [email protected]
