Jerrod Mustaf

I just recently learned of Jerrod´s passing. May God continue to be their source of comfort and strength. Help them to feel God´s loving presence in this time of need.

Jerrod Mustaf was a star basketball player at the University of Maryland who had a brief career with the New York Knicks and Phoenix Suns, as well as overseas teams. May you find comfort in your wealth of fond memories together with Jerrod Mustaf. May the God of comfort bless your grieving hearts with strength, loving kindness and peace as the world copes with the loss of Jerrod Mustaf. We will never forget that he was a wonderful basketball player of this great game, what a tremendous goal and accomplishment.

His Mom & Stepdad came to visit my parents when we were kids in NC and he was just so tall i was a little small girl but we're only two and half years apart i remember looking up at him thinking he was grown lol he was so handsome

Jerrod was a gentle giant of a man. He exemplified all the good things that makes DeMatha a "special place". He was humble, kind to others, and caring. Years ago I was keeping score at a lady's high school basketball game at Clear Spring High School vs. St James. I watched a very tall young lady running down the court. She brought back a memory of watching Jerrod as the young lady was his daughter. After the game I spoke to the young lady that she so reminded me of her dad. She instantly smiled and it was Jerrod's smile. God Bless Jerrod!

I knew Jerrod for many years, we went to DeMatha together and we both worked at the Greenbelt Safeway together. He was a really good guy who could be a lot of fun. I'm very sorry to hear of his passing and send my deepest condolences to his family.
