Very sorry to hear of Jerry's passing, he was so kind and genuine - I will miss him...I hope Ingrid is doing well.

Gerry was a wonderful mentor while I was a doctoral student at UCR and afterwards in my academic career. He was also a dear friend, and I am saddened by his passing. I wish Ingrid and the family well.

We have saved in our hearts all the good memories together with Jerry both in Sweden and the USA. Lots of laugther, long walks, wonderful jazz moments. Convinced that the clarinet and the dogs are with him on the journey.
