Jerry Lynn Coleman, age 83, of Parsons, TN passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at his residence surrounded by his family. Mr. Coleman was born on July 31, 1940 in Parsons, TN to the late Zulas Coleman and the late Hazel Inman Coleman. He was retired from the State of Tennessee Highway Maintenance Department and was a member of the Holladay Church of Christ.
Survived by: Wife: Frances Coleman of Parsons, TN; Son: Nathan (Mona) Coleman of Parsons, TN; Sister: Teresa (Harold) Fisher of Parsons, TN; Grandchildren: Jenica Coleman of Parsons, TN, Casey (Jillian) Coleman of Parsons, TN, Julie (Jerel) Wright of Decaturville, TN, Marly (Kyle) Myrick of Chattanooga, TN; and Five Great Grandchildren
Visitation with the family will be on Friday, August 4, 2023 from 4:00-8:00 PM and again on Saturday, August 5, 2023 from 11:00-1:00 PM at Oakdale Funeral Home, Camden, TN.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 1 PM at Oakdale Funeral Home Chapel, Camden, TN with Stan Brantley officiating. Burial will follow in the Flatwoods Baptist Cemetery, Holladay, TN.
