Jerry Edmonds Obituary
Jerry grew up in Riverbank Ca and lived in the Modesto Ca area his entire life. He served in the Army National Guard. He worked for Shell Chemical Co for over 25 years and then other pesticide/chemical research companies in the Modesto area. He owned Apples Frozen Yogurt shop in Modesto. Jerry was active in youth ministries for over 30 years.
Jerry was preceded in death by his mother and father, 5 brothers, and his son Alan Edmonds of Modesto. He is survived by his daughter Lana Eyerly Edmonds and grandchildren Cory Edmonds, Alexander Eyerly, and Vivian Eyerly.
Jerry chose to be put to rest at sea and requested "no dog and pony show." He always said "if people want to pay my respects after I die, then they can go sit by the water and drown some worms."
