I just learned of my friend, Jerry's passing. We met years ago while working together. From the day I interviewed Jerry, for an outside rep position, (selling nails and fasteners) I knew he'd do well. We traveled hundreds, if not thousands of miles together. In between stops, we discussed topics as, family, cars, dogs, cars... did I mention we talked about cars... a lot. I can still hear his voice, that thick Southern drawl. Jerry was a kind, caring gentleman. I am a better person to have worked with him, and called him "friend".

Jerry and I talked for hours about hot rods, gardening, model car tips and tricks. He was very quick to share his Faith, giving God all the glory and praising His name. Jerry loved his precious Lisa, their children and grandchildren & was very proud of them. I´m a very blessed person to have called him friend. Will miss you buddy.

I couldn´t have asked for a better Father-in-Law. I loved him more than words could express. He will always be with me in my heart and I know he watches over us. My deepest condolences.

Great neighbor and friend. When we moved to our farm by his home, my husband, Wally, and Jerry became fast friends. Jerry always had a beautiful yard and shared from his garden. He built sturdy bird houses and gave us several. He was always ready to laugh and share interesting stories. He loved his wife and family and loved hanging out with the guys in the neighborhood. Gentle and kind, Jerry will be greatly missed.

Go rest high on the mountain sweet Jerry. You were such a good Godly soul and friend, but more like a member of the family. You will be missed but will live on in the lives of your family. May God be with your family through this time. You were so loved. Give my precious sister a big hug for me up there.
