Friends may call at the family owned Ruck-Towson Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 York Road (at beltway exit 26) on Saturday, January 8, 2022, 6-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent in Mr. Joiner's memory to the Baltimore Humane Society, 1601 Nicodemus Road, Reisterstown, Maryland 21136.

Jerry was always happy, proud of his family. He was a good colleague and a person I will remember forever.
I hope the family has faith and knows Jerry is looking down on all of us, with a big smile.

I am sorry for the loss of Jerry. We worked together and friends for a number of years. I will miss his humor and outlook on life. My sympathies for the family.
