JP was my first prom date, I was new in town and JP asked me to prom and I have always remembered JP fondly for that. We had some great times in high school and I am so sorry for this tragedy for everyone that knew and loved JP. JP was joyful, funny, blunt, a great person by all accounts. Rest in peace now JP.

I just want to let you know how sorry I am for what happened to your brother, your uncle, your friend, Jerry. I read the story of what happened to him from my AOL email account. He seems ...from what I have seen here ...he seems to have been a very gentle spirit. May he rest peacefully and may you go on to live your lives honoring all the good things he would have liked to have done himself. God bless you with comfort and peace.

To all those who love JP... I am so very sorry for your loss. Please know that I share in your sorrow, anger and undoubtedly many other feelings. I graduated with JP, but lost touch with him after that. I will always remember him as an intelligent, gentle soul, with a poise far beyond his years. May God bless you as you grieve. I will be praying for your peace and healing.
