I know that you are saddened by the loss of Jerry. He was my 82d Airborne Division friend and comrade in arms. I will miss the airborne stories we shared. The Army was a big part of our lives and it was great to have someone to share it with. Vietnam was common ground for us as was our mutual love of model airplanes. I always looked forward to being with him during the events we attended and the friendship he always extended not only to me, but to my wife Marjorie and my son Brian. He has made his final stand up, hook up, move to the door and exited to be carried by the wings of an angel to touch the face of God. Airborne all the way my friend.

So sorry for you loss of Jerry. I'm still thinking of him and how much he'll be missed by everyone who knew him. He was such a good friend to me and I'll never forget him. I'll be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
