Jerzy TOMASZEWSKI Obituary
August 29, 1938 - July 31, 2016
Jerzy Tomaszewski died peacefully on July 31, 2016 in his 78th year. He was predeceased by his wife Janina Tomaszewski (nee Misiak). He will be sorely missed by his wife Wieslawa Socha and her family; his daughter Ewa (Brian); son Mirek (Fiona); grandchildren Stefanie, Tomas, Marcel, Sebastian, and Alasdair; and his brothers Sywester and Ryszard. Visitation will be at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Blvd, DDO, QC from 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, August 3 with Rosary at 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will occur at St Edmund of Canterbury, Beaconsfield, QC, on Thursday, August 4 at 11 a.m. Interment will be on Friday, August 5, 11 a.m. at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Ancaster, ON. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the West Island Palliative Care Residence, wipcr.ca or 514 693-1718 ext. 223.
