Jesse Puebla Obituary
Funeral service will be 10 a.m. on Monday, February 18, 2008, at St. Mary's Church, Moline. Visitation will be Sunday 1 to 3 p.m. at Rafferty Funeral Home, 2111 First Street A, Moline. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery, East Moline. A memorial fund has been established.
Jesse was born May 7, 1931, in Moline, Ill., the son of Cosme and Seberina Palos Puebla. He married Sara Salazar on December 15, 2004, in Rock Island.
Jesse retired from Oscar Meyer, Davenport as a forklift operator.
Survivors include his wife, Sara; daughters and sons-in-law, Shelley Simon of Eldridge, Iowa, Ramona and John Lacey of Farmington, Ill., and Pam and Gary Andrews of Moline; sons and daughter-in-law, Cary and Latina Puebla of Carthage, Mo., and Jesse Puebla, Jr., of San Antonio, Texas; 14 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and brother, John Puebla of Moline.
