I just found out about your passing a few months ago and I didn't have the courage to say a word because I was upset. I'm still in shock and its hard to accept. I'm sorry that I wasn't there for you like I would have wanted to. I regret not looking for you more often. I gave up on you and I hate myself for that. I always thought you'd be there when or if I ever needed you. Not knowing that you needed someone yourself. I constantly think about you, nowadays it's hard not to. My daughter goes to Roosevelt elementary school which is where we met and became best friends. I miss you very much. I'm sorry... may you be at peace.
