Jessye Davis was raised and educated in Washington, D.C. After graduating from the District of Columbia Teachers College, she settled in Los Angeles, CA.
A Visitation will be held at 10:00 AM, with a Mass to follow at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 22nd at Saint Gabriel Catholic Church, located at 26 Grant Circle, NW, Washington, D.C. 20011

So glad to have met Jessye in 2022, and when she was here with her daughter Lisa in 2024. I have loved Lisa as a surrogate daughter since I met her when she came to Evanston, IL over 20 years ago. It was such a pleasure to have met Jessye, her children, and siblings. Her family was such a blessing to her.
