Sarah and Taylor's wedding

Sally Sandoval

My deepest condolences to my cousins. I'm so thankful I was able to go to Illinois to visit with my cousins and attend a family wedding. I was blessed to spend time with Chuy as we traveled on a road trip to Connecticut to attend his brother's daughter's wedding. I joked with him that he was going too slow cause in Texas we drive 75-90 miles an hour. I told him, "I don't want to miss the wedding! Step on it." As I look back at all the pictures we took during the reception with my cousins, Chuy was all smiles. I will miss you. But I'm sure your mom and dad are glad to see you and even your baby girl Alyssa. I love you. Till we see each other again.

Decades ago I worked at the Harley Dealership in Elgin when a new friend came into my life that I knew would turn into a brotherhood. Chuy came to the counter asking for parts for his Harley. I did everything I could to the best of best of knowledge to get him what he needed. He came into the dealership a lot. I knew he was a true Harley rider. Times changed & I started at another dealership. Chuy started coming in to that dealership to see me for parts & accessories for the many Harleys he owned, whether it was add-ons or just advice. Then the rides began. Riding together with the wind in our faces, the brotherhood got stronger & stronger. Chuy helped everyone - no matter what it was, Chuy was always there for us. He loved his family and all of his many friends, adored his daughter, Samantha and his son, Anthony and his grandchildren were the greatest of all gifts. The tears will dry, the hurt will heal, but the memories will always live in my heart. Chuy, I love you as a brother. You will ALWAYS be in my heart and soul. The memories we shared will keep me strong. I will never forget the rides we shared and the adventures we had. I love you, Chuy
Your brother, Timmy God bless you, may you rest in paradise.
