Amy Landreneau

These photos were taken on bid day our sophomore year at LSU. The picture of the 2 of us is myself, Amy Culpepper Landreneau, with Jill. The photo with all 4 of us is the "JAMA House pic": Jill, Annette, Megan, & Amy. We had a blast living together that year and made lots of memories. Jill ALWAYS had a huge smile on her face! She became known as Mama Jill in our apartment as she became the meal planner, told us which week we were to do the shopping, etc. Basically, she kept our lives running like clockwork in a fun & joyous way. I loved and admired Jill so much and it broke my heart to hear of her loss, especially to Scott & Grant. I lost my husband to colon cancer when we were 40 and our children were 8, 10, & 12. It´s a tragedy, but I know you all will still feel Jill´s love in your hearts and will always carry it with you! My thoughts & prayers are with you daily!!

She was truly one of the most beautiful people that I have met inside and out. I wanted to let her son know how proud she was of him and how beamingly she talked of him to me.

Such a bright, strong person and great influence to so many people. Brenda and I pray for you, Grant, and your entire family to enjoy the peace of knowing where she is now. Scott, you have been such a positive influence on my life as well as I have watched you, your family, and career grow being the strong and bright person you are too! The Harmon's are such a great family. Jim & Brenda Morris

Words cannot express the sorrow we felt to learn that Jill had passed away. Our daughter, Amy, Jill and two others shared their first apartment while at LSU. To say that our family fell in love with Jill would be an understatement. Her beauty was undeniable, her character unsurpassable. We will forever treasure our memories and will ask our Lord to strengthen your hearts in the coming days.

Robert and Pat, we are so sad to read about Jill's passing. She was such a beautiful and gracious person, and we really only "knew" her as a teen. From reading about her and her life, it is easy to tell that she only gained in virtues. Please know that you and your family are in our hearts and prayers. She is at peace in the presence of our Lord. God bless you and yours! Janell and Hunter Perrin

I worked for Jill's dad for 20 plus years. I can truly say with all my heart that knowing Jill was one of the greatest honors of my life. She was absolutely a pleasure in every way.....the most exceptional young girl/young woman I have had the honor to know. She will always be in my heart. Love and prayers to all of her family.
