Dana, as a friend of Therese's, it has been a pleasure in the past to see you and Jim at her house and visit. I always was impressed with what a lovely, interesting, handsome couple you were.

My sincere condolences for your loss. It must be devastating, so please know your friends are praying for your comfort. Be kind to yourself, and grieve as you need, but have the assurance I and others look forward to seeing you adjusting and your energetic, engaging personality returning, albeit alone.

I'm sorry to hear about Jim's sudden death. He was a great friend and mentor. I appreciate everything he had done to help me through my career as an artist. I'm most grateful to have known him; his mentorship has made a real difference in my life. Thank you, Jim!

It breaks my heart to see that Jim is gone. He was such a huge presence in my world as my soccer coach in the mid-1980s. Sending lots of love to those who loved him. Thanks for the memories, Coach.

so shocked and sorry to hear of Jim's sudden and unexpected death . he was so talented and funny and always laughing and carrying on. he will be missed by his large family and many, many friends.

As much as you teased me, Jim, you were there for me when I asked for your help and advice. The thing is, you could take a joke as much as you could give it and I’ll forever be teasing you back. You will be remembered and appreciated.
