Jim was a professional trumpet player in his youth, playing in bands throughout Ohio.
Jim chose to be an entrepreneur and made his successful business his primary focus, helping countless employees better their lives in all ways.
Jim is survived by his loving wife Carolyn, who he adored and cherished.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents Caroline and Lawrence Monastra, his sister Anna and brother Nick.
