Jimmie Paul Daigrepont, Sr., passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2014 at age 77. Beloved husband of the late Elaine Labure Daigrepont. Son of the late Dennis Daigrepont and Marie Guillot Daigrepont. Father of Lisa Daigrepont Benoit, Amy Daigrepont Aveton and the late Cindy Louise Daigrepont and Jimmie Paul Daigrepont, Jr. Father-in-law of Todd Benoit and Joseph Aveton, III. Brother of Linda Daigrepont Busby. Brother-in-law of Donald Labure. Grandfather of Kevin, Randy and Sarah Benoit and Andrew and Sophia Aveton. Uncle of Tammy Labure Bihm, Stacey Labure, Denise and Christian Busby. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Edward the Confessor Catholic Church, 4921 West Metairie, Metairie, LA. on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow in All Saints Mausoleum. Jimmie and I were great friends,we both worked at galatoire's for a
Long time ,he was a nice guy ,good friend and loved his family a lot and we loved country music,I will always keep good memories of him ,rest in peace my friend. Gilberto Eyzaguirre

I'm so sorry to read of your Dad's passing! I knew him and your mother and Jimbo many years. Jimbo and my son, David Jennings, were in Scouts together.
