**In Memory of Pawpaw**

For there is not enough words to speak.

In a world where kindness knew no bound,
There walked a man, a gentle heart renowned.
With open arms, he welcomed every soul,
A hunter at heart, but compassion his goal.

Through forest whispers and the call of the wild,
He found a joy, like a free-spirited child.
With stories aplenty, and laughter that soared,
His words wove a tapestry, rich and adored.

Family was his treasure, each grandchild a gem,
In each of our hearts, he crafted a hymn.
To love us all deeply, yet never too fast,
For in his embrace, the moments would last.

With Meme by his side, through thick and through thin,
Fifty-one years where their love did begin.
Built on a friendship, a bond forged in grace,
Two souls intertwined, their love a warm place.

He poured out his heart to every stranger he met,
A gentle soul, one we'll never forget.
Each laugh, each chat, a blessing he shared,
In the hearts of the many, his legacy flared.

Though pawpaw may wander where the wildflowers grow,
His spirit surrounds us, in sunlight's warm glow.
He'll guide us in kindness, in laughter, in cheer,
For the love that he gave will forever be near.

So here's to the man whose love knows no end,
A living Husband, father, hunter, a talker, a grandfather, a great grandfather, and a friend.
Rest easy, dear Pawpaw, your spirit flies free,
In the stories we tell and the love that will be.
