I send this In loving memory of a wonderful person. He was a terrific brother-in-law, so supportive even sitting in the waiting room waiting for each of my kids to be born ! Thank you for being a loving uncle to them Jim. Miss you always.

Wonderful memories working with Jimmy at 52 Div. He was always so supportive of Probation and Parole Officers and helped in many cases I had with him. Rest in peace Jimmy. My condolences to his wife and children.

I met Jim in the later stages of my career. It was a brief encounter during the 2010 Canadian Open at St. Georges Golf & Country Club. Jim, working at 22 Division at the time was a great help ensuring the security plan was a success. Jim was a Man of integrity, a professional through and through. It's a sad day when a Man like Jim is taken too soon. May he rest in peace.
