U.S. Federal Government MARTINEZ, Ga. - Mrs. Jo Ann Kraft, 59, beloved wife of Mr. Kenneth M. Kraft, Jr., entered into rest on Sunday, September 11, 2005, at the Medical College of Georgia. The Rite for the Departed will be held on Friday, September 16, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at Platt's Belair Road Chapel with the Rev. Cynthia Taylor officiating. A private entombment will be held at Westover Memorial Park at a later date. A native of Hot Springs, Ark., Mrs. Kraft worked for the United States Federal Government as a test Administrator for the Office of Personnel Management and was a retired real estate agent. She was an active volunteer for the American Red Cross and her favorite hobby was enriching her grandchildren's lives. Additional survivors include her mother, Arnetta Ordel Pattison of Martinez; two sons, Kristopher Darin Kraft (Kimberly) of Evans, and Michael Scott Kraft (Crystal) of North Augusta; a daughter, Tanya Diane Kaltenbach (John) of Evans; a brother, Paul Frederick Pattison, Jr., of Rogers, Ark.; a sister, Tanas Nadine Schmidt of North Little Rock, Ark.; and six grandchildren, Ashton Olivia Kaltenbach, Clifton Ricky Bates, Joseph Gage Kaltenbach, Peter Dylan Kraft, Lauren Grace Kraft, and Daniel Lee Kraft. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Frederick Pattison, Sr., and her granddaughter, Megan Isobel Kaltenbach. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening, September 15, 2005 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. If so desired, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 1131, Fairfax, VA 22038 or to the American Heart Association, 1105-D, Fury's Lane, Augusta, GA 30907.
