Gordon was born on June 13, 1935 to Archie and Hannah (Hilts) Shultz and passed away on October 20, 2011. He was a retired carpenter for the Lansing School District and loved to do things for others. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years Rita; children Sheri Brethauer of Ft. Meyers, Florida, Mark Shultz and Jeff (Karen) Shultz both of St. Johns, Michigan and Janelle (Mike) Bruner of Lexington, Kentucky; nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren and twin sister Margaret Leathers of Grand Rapids. The family is being served by the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, DeWitt Chapel.

Was so sorry to hear about your farther. Jerry and I send you and your family our condolences.You are a special friend and my thoughts and prayers will be with you.We have talked about your father many times and you have told me stories of him and I got to meet him once when he came to Kentucky to see you.He was a sweet man. You have so many wonderful memories of him that will get you though this. If you need anything you know my number.
