Jim, I am so sorry to hear about Jo's passing. She meant so much to me over the years - I will never forget her mentoring me as a young organist. The hours she spent with me meant so much, not only with the mentoring, but the wonderful conversations we had. She was an amazing person and her legacy lives on through those of us who loved her. You are in my prayers.

Joan was a very special friend to me and I will miss her very much. She was smart, beautiful, talented, and honorable. A champion among women, a role model.

Joan was an enthusiastic and vibrant person who always gave willingly of her time and talents to the community. She also was a fun person. I enjoyed her friendship as a Master Gardener. She will be dearly missed.

She was a friendly lady,never met a stranger,just like her parents.

I joined the Mastergardeners and eating with you both at the Democratic Women was a treat. May the love of all who knew her help to buoy you as you travel through this new journey.
