To Joan's Family, I'll miss her smile, I'll miss talking to her and seeing her in church, I've missed being with her at the bus stop going home from work, and most of all I'll miss my friend Joan. Good night and God bless you Joan you're loved.

"Big Bobbie , Mary and Families, our very deepest and heart felt sympathy is with you all. Seems like Joanie always got stuck playing the 45's with the Peddicord boys on Sundays. May Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, be with you as you celebrate Joanie's time with us all."

Some of my best memories of Aunt Joan go back to when I was growing up: sleeping over at Grandma's and Grandpap's on Amanda street when I was a little boy, swimming in the pool on the back patio, walking to the park with Aunt Joan to watch the fireworks on the 4th of July. I remember the backyard barbecues at Grandma's, Aunt Joanie would cook the chicken on the grill (burned it sometimes), but we still loved her anyway. When Grandma passed on, Aunt Joanie kept up the family tradition of dough balls and made nut horns at Christmas for me and Uncle Tony. They were so good I can still taste them now! When I was a teenager, she would take me to the Steeler games with her season tickets. Words can't describe how much I enjoyed going with her to watch the Steelers at Three Rivers Stadium. Thanks mostly to her, I am the lunatic Steeler fan that I am now! She had her own vocabulary when she watched the Steelers, when she got mad words just popped out of her mouth spontaneously. Sometimes I was afraid to ask her what she said, so I just let it go... I am so grateful that I on our recent visit to home I got to reminisce with her some of my memories. She was a loving, funny, generous person. She's in a better place for sure now, but I will miss my Aunt Joanie very much.

Bobbie and Family,
I would like to express my Sincere Sympathy in the loss of Joan. She the most dear and loving person I have ever met. During the time I spent with her as a newbie in the office, she took me under her wing, trained me and made me feel like one of the gang. She will remain in my heart always.

To the Giammarco and Caruso families you know as well as I , that there was only one Aunt Joan. The silly, wacky, zany, fun loving, sport loving and most of all family loving Aunt Joan. She is in a much better place now, I just hope God doesn't mind the terrible towel. my heart goes out to you all. Remember the good times as there were many.

Bobby, Mary and Joan's Family, I just want to let you know that you have all been in my thoughts and prayers during Joan's illness. It is never easy to lose one that you love so, but I know that we who loved her wanted only for her to be at peace and rest from pain and sickness. She was my best friend for so many years and losing her hurts so much. I pray that St. Teresa, the Blessed Mother and Our Lord Jesus will help us all through these next days and weeks as we celebrate Joan but mourn her passing. You all worked so hard to care for her in every way and I know the nurses from Catholic Hospice and her caregivers did everything to help make Joan comfortable and her many friends who visited and called to give her support and prayers. She will be missed by so many of us who loved her so much. God bless you all; I am truly honored to have had such a wonderful, loving, and caring friend in my life.
