JOAN GREGORY

I just heard about Joan's passing this afternoon and was deeply saddened. Joan, Lenny, and Ellie were our neighbors in Kensington for several wonderful years in the late 1990s and early 2000s. I remember being impressed by Joan's strength, integrity, and her fantastic, magical garden, which very nearly backed up to our property. There was even a little gate that she and my son's mom used to visit each other. In many ways, Joan and Lenny were like extended family, the definition of good neighbors. My deepest, most sincere condolences go out to Lenny, Ellie and the twins.

I just heard tonight about Joany and was stunned. I was so happy to reconnect for a brief time with Joan after PSU in Delaware where she worked for Tom Ford. The hours we all spent together at engineering unit D will never be forgotten. Joan was a friend to all, fun, and oh so humorous. Till this day, I cannot listen to Springsteen without thinking of her.

Joany always was our ring leader in college and our cheer leader and the best friend of many of us from our PSU days and beyond. she holds a special place in our hearts. I cannot put into words how much she will be missed.
