Dear Sid and family: I am very saddened to hear of your loss. I feel your loss deep in my heart. You both supported me during a difficult time in my life. You made me and my children feel like a part of your family when we needed that most and you also brought us into the wonderful parish of St. Judes during your ministry. Joan made a stain glass angel as a wedding gift for us. I have that angel hung in my bedroom window on a thread, the angel appears to be floating in the air. My angel will shine even brighter. Susan and I send our condolences and prayers at this time. Upon learning of Joan's death, my mind went back to some years ago when Cursillo involvement was a big part of our lives. Joan's joy and presence will be remembered by many. Dear Sid and family, we are so sorry to hear of Joan's passing. I will really miss my Aunt Joan and the memories spent at the cottage and her always being so nice to all of us kids. She was an awesome, talented person. I think she could make or do anything she set her mind to.
