Although you are missing your dear one, Sis Joan, tremendously please draw support from one another and share the happy times you all experienced together as family, close friends, and spiritual family members. We all in this country will still enjoy her vocal talents and those of her cousins. Gorgeous voices.
Sis Joan is resting in sleep and in God's memory and was certain that this life is not all there is. Draw comfort from the many words and scriptural texts of encouragement from those on this site.

As I put for effort to bring comfort to those who mourn thru this avenue of service. How encouraging it is to read about the life of a spiritual sister whom I don't know personally but will have the opportunity to meet in, "just a little while longer" thru our Almighty God's promises.

I loved the Dixie Cups, and always wondered what happened to Joan after she left the group. My prayers go out to her family. She sings in heaven now.

Even though I never met her I knew her. Because of the God we serve all of u feel the loss. But know this as you are well aware Jehovah is not unrighteous so as to forget the work and love you showed for his name. ..we will see her again real soon. Take care...
