Not sure what to say?

I regret being out of town and unable to come pay my respects to "Uncle Wayne" and his family. I will never forget how Uncle Wayne and Aunt Minnie Ruth took our family in when we had fallen on hard times and returned to Texas. That seemed to be their nature, always showing Gods love by helping and nurturing others. This world is certainly poorer with their absence. I believe though that there are now many family and friends who now know Christ and have followed their example in caring for others. My life was forever changed by Uncle Wayne and his family and I am eternally grateful. God Bless You, his descendents. You are greatly honored by God to be counted in his family.

Even though I haven't seen Bro. Fisher in many years, I can still remember his quite nature and deep faith in God. He and Mrs. Fisher were some much a part of my growing up years. My Pinemont Church family have always been so special to me, sweet memories through out the years and I thank God I was so blessed. May God bless you all.

What a sad and happy time. Sad because he's not with us any more, but happy because he's with His Lord and Savior. As I think of Bro. Fisher, it always puts a smile on my face and in my heart. He was truly one of the greatest Christian men that I have ever known. Through his example, I'm sure that many have come to know God, and many of us had a true example of what living for Him meant. Bro. Fisher always had a smile and a hug for me and my family, and we have been blessed over and over again because of his sweet nature. Our sympathies to the surviving family members. God bless you and watch over you during this time of grief.

Special thoughts & Prayers go to Wayne's family, and to many friends who have better lives because of Wayne's and Grandma Fisher's freindship, wisdom, and the Lord's words that they both shared.

To a gracious and dignified man who I never had the priviledge of personally meeting. Although his life was beset by ongoing tragedy and loss he overcame all to become a role-model and a visionary strenght to his family and all who came in contact with him. Over the last 11 years, his daughter-inlaw and my dear friend Sharon would tell me what a blessing it was to have him in their lives. Being raised in a different tradition, we were taught and Mr. Fisher most certainly exempilfied, that as a people God did not put us here to see through each other, but rather to see each other thru. To his family and friends I wish not only on this day,but for all the days of your lives that you may all be enfolded in the ever present glow of God's loving contenance.

Sincerely,

Michael
