Jodie Schuett

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jodie Anne Schuett, who died on February 24, 2025, at the age of 61, Jodie was a loving daughter, sister, mother, aunt, and grandmother, whose warmth, humor, and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her.

Born on January 24, 1964, Jodie was known for her spontaneous nature and infectious laughter. She had a special heart for animals, often spending her days biking around her town, feeding and caring for the creatures in need. Jodie always found joy in the simple things. Her ability to bring a smile to anyone's face was one of her most cherished gifts.

Jodie was preceded in death by her parents, Sharon Schuett and Donald Schuett. She is survived by her siblings: Scott Schuett, Kevin Schuett (Michelle), Val Ratcliff (Tim), Tami Schuett, Junior Schuett (Sally), and Darcie Werman (Marvin); her children: Patrick Alberts (Haley), Ryan Alberts (Amber), Krista Deering (Travis), and Alec Alberts (Tyra); as well as many cherished nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 21st from 4:00 - 8:00 PM at the Coon Rapids Civic Center, 11155 Robinson Drive Coon Rapids, MN 55433. Family and friends are invited to come together and share memories of Jodie's vibrant spirit and love of life.

Her generous spirit, sense of humor, and loving presence will be deeply missed. Jodie's love for puzzles and animals will live on through everyone that loved her.
