Joe was a friend from our early childhood days. Our parents were friends and his siblings and my siblings all attended the same small church. During our most active yrs after HS graduation as members of the AHS Class of '65, we would often chat and catch up on what each other was doing and various family members. He is gone, but not forgotten.

To the family of Brother Gallman
But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
1 Thessalonians 4:13-18
The family is in our prayers during this time.

To Mrs. Geraldine and the Gallman family, my heart hit rock bottom when I heard of Joe's illness now it has bottomed out. Joe was my best friend and confidant for over 30 yrs and now to know I'll never be able to confide in him again is so painful. He was such a sweet kind person that if he was in your corner he was there. My husband and him would just cut up on me , but I loved it because I knew that was my boy. I'm gonna miss calling him Mr. Joe Gall--- man and him calling me Pet after he heard my. baby girl call me that cause she couldn't say Paulette. she's now 37yrs old. Memories is all I have to keep me going here Joe. My buddy might be gone but he'll never be forgotten. . Mrs. Geraldine and family I will keep u all in my prayers. Joe U on that " big football" bus now.

To the Gallman Family,
Please know in the depths of your heart that I will be praying and will continue to pray for each of you during this time of sorrow. Having known Joe for almost 40 years, I know that he will be missed by his family, but be assured that he will be missed by those of us who loved him and respected him. As you travel through this storm, trust the same God that Joe placed his trust in and He will walk you through.
