Joe Byrd Sills, Jr.

Joe and i worked together at Aldersgate on election day, he was very nice and a joy to work with, he will surley be missed.

I worked with Joe for many years. Such a bright intelligent man. Always there to help and support. God bless all the family during this most difficult time.

Joe will always be remembered as one of the greatest men that I have known. It has been a privilege to have called he and Pricilla friends. Enjoy singing with the angels my friend. You will be missed.

Joe was a neighbor of ours that would always stop and speak to you when he was walking to the park or with other neighbors around the block. He was truly a good guy and he loved his Dodge Charger and would ride around everyday enjoying his retirement. Heaven has welcomed Joe with open arms and that is the ultimate reward. RIP our friend.

Joe was a great guy to work with at Vogtle. So glad that he came to our February "Thursday -FryDay" and we got to talk as I had not seen him for a number of years.

I was shocked to see this news this morning. Joe and I got our Masters in Nuclear Engineering from Ga Tech while working at Georgia Power / Southern Nuclear. He was a seriously smart guy and was a tremendous help to me getting through that degree. He was also a tremendous asset for Plant Vogtle. He was a great co-worker and will be terribly missed by those who knew him. RIP my friend.
