Joe was such a good and loyal friend to our dad, Bob Crosby - especially after our mother died. He would walk past the house every day and stop for a short visit. He and dad attended the support group for men at the Sangre de Cristo Hospice. Both learned to lean on each other and share their feelings which was so helpful to both of them. Prior to dad leaving to live in Denver, I would be there every 3 weeks for the weekend. I made sure to let Joe know that we were going to have biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Don't think he ever missed. Such a positive, happy gentleman. So sorry for your loss. He will be missed. With love, Leanna Crosby

Penny, Becky and Families,
Know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all at this sad time. Your parents were the kindest customers Safeway ever had. It gives me great comfort to know that they are together once again and may it bring you all peace and comfort also. God Bless You All!

My girls and I are going to miss Joe very much. I work with An elderly woman at Sharmar and I made sure to go see Joe every morning and night before I left, He was the kindest soul I have ever met and he always treated my girls with love. Our condolences to the family and Joe is always in our heart and our prayers..

Our condolences to your family during this difficult time. I remember both your parents so clearly while I was growing up. They would come to Rocky Ford to visit Lee, Eleanor, Maureen, and Harold and attend Hancock Family gatherings. They were so much fun to be around.
