Joel Guzman Obituary
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Joel Jaime Guzman on January 2, 2023. He was 38 years old. Joel was born on August 16, 1984 in Las Cruces to Graciela Lujan and Leroy Guzman.
Those left to mourn him include his loving wife Crystal Guzman and their fur babies Romeo and Juliet, his mother Graciela Lujan, brothers Mark Anthony Guzman (Jessica), Christopher Lujan (Gabriella), and Isaiah Tarin , sisters Davina Lopez and Jacqlyn Lopez , Godchildren Anahi, Dominic and Matthew P., and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Leroy, maternal grandparents Luisa and Pedro Lujan, paternal grandparents Josie and Frank Guzman, uncle Mario Lujan and auntie Mary Castro.
Funeral services will be held on Friday January 13, 2023 at Heart for the World, 1605 S. Valley Drive. Visitations will begin at 09:30 A.M. with the Celebration of Life to begin at 10:30 A.M. Interment will follow at St Joseph’s Cemetery, 100 N. Espina Street.

I am so sorry for the loss of Joel. I known Joel since he was in kindergarten with my daughter Audrey and was heartbroken when I heard he had passed. But take comfort in knowing that he is now in the arms of the Lord free of all pain and no more suffering. I pray that God will comfort you all thru this difficult time.
