I had the pleasure of working with John when he was a greeter at Warehouse Club in Bridgeville. He was always ready with a smile and an offer to help where needed. My deepest sympathy to the Astfalk family for your loss.

Dear Jackie and the Astfalk Family ~

Sending deepest sympathy to you and your family in the passing of your dear Father ~ I happened to notice his death in the Post Gazette and although we go way back to high school and also visits in your medical office ~ I haven't seen you lately ~ however ~ please know that I am thinking of you ~ Dad's are so special and the parting farewell after our entire life with them is very difficult ~ how beautiful that he is being lifted with full military honors ~ our Dad's really were the greatest generation ~
