JOHN P. BAGINSKI Esq

I knew John as a young attorney many years ago when I started in a second career as an attorney in Allegheny County. He was a thoughtful and wise man even as a young attorney. The profession will miss him. May he rest in peace.

John was both our former next-door neighbor and very good friend. He had such a capacity for living and accomplished so much in his too brief life. However, his life was full of what he liked doing 0 helping others, giving good advice and being a trusted, great friend. His legacy will live on with all of us who so admired him and our fond memories will remain forever.

I knew John from working with him in the Legal Dept. of Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in Pittsburgh. John was a wonderful, caring person and a very nice boss. I was so sorry to hear he suffered with cancer and passed away. My heart goes out to his family. May you rest in peace John. You will always be remembered.

First met John when, as a law student in 1978, I clerked at Wayman, Irvin and McAuley where he was a "young associate". Meeting John was truly a highlight of my legal career and we remained friends over the years, despite the distance. His passing is a loss for anybody who had the good fortune to have crossed John's path. God Bless!

My sympathies to the family. The sting of death is indeed strong, but God's love is stronger than death is. He has opened the way for us to live again.(John 3:16) May you find comfort in this beautiful hope.

My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the promise in 1Thessalonians 4:14 can bring comfort. Knowing that there's a hope for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.

My sincerest sympathies at John's passing. Though I only worked under him for a few years, he was one of the best bosses that I had the privilege to work under and was a truly great man.
