John Bobelick Jr.

John Bobelick, Jr. 86, resident of Collingdale for over 60 years passed away Saturday December 28, 2019 at the Springfield Senior Commons in Springfield. He was born January 30, 1933 in Reinerton, PA (Schuylkill Co.) to the late John, Sr. & Anna (Kopetka) Bobelick. John proudly served as a Corporal in the US Army during the Korean Conflict and retired as a Machine Tech from Kimberly Clark in Chester, PA. In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his beloved wife Ann (Campbell) Bobelick and sons, Frank and John, III. Survivors include his daughters, Kathleen Smith, Eileen Gannon and Mary Tricome (Frank); 14 Grandchildren; 16 Great grandchildren; Daughter in law, Rosanna Ringwald and Dear companion, Catherine Eberhardt. Family and friends are invited to John's viewing on Saturday January 4th from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 500 Woodlawn Ave, Collingdale, PA 19023. Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 AM. Interment in Ss. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield. In lieu of flowers, contributions in John's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital at www.stjude.org
