I have known Dick for over 50 years as fellow parishioners of Holy Spirit parish. A truly kind and giving person, and wonderful gardener too. He will be missed by the Garden Angels, but welcomed by the Heavenly Ones.

Dear Mary,
The Morrison family is so sad to hear the news of Dick's passing away. I used to work next to his office and always found him to be a very nice man. Our prayers and thoughts are with you.

I am truly saddened by Dicks passing. I've known him since High School and have appreciated all the times spent together in the past. He was a people person and a straight shooter. Although I hadn't seen him face to face we were in touch by email up to the time of his passing. When I heard he had passed I was sad but the more I thought about it the sadness turned into relief and happiness for him. All his life he lived for the goal he has now reached and that makes me happy because I know he is happy. Goodbye my friend the day will come when we will meet again. Ken Ludwig

We had some wonderful travels with Dick. We biked in Napa and hiked in the Grand Canyon. He was delightful and quick witted. We will miss him but will cherish our fond memories.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Mary Jo and family: We are so sorry to hear of Dick's passing. I'm glad we were able to spend some time with him earlier this year at the Hideaway.
I've known Dick for many years including school days when we both lived on Richards, golf at the Elks, and benefitting from his financial expertise. He was a great man and a fine example for all to follow.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear friends,
So sorry for your loss. Dick was always so chipper. He helped my dad pick some great stocks over the years but he always had a hard time convincing him to sell them at the right time. He recently stopped by Swift to give me a bunch of old pictures of our buildings & happenings on Bridge Street. He was so excited about the new developments on Bridge Street. He truly was a special man who did things just to be nice & never looking for something in return. He really was a self actualized man of which there are very few in this world.

Dear Brandstatter family,
Dick was a wonderful neighbor. We shared a few bottles of wine with him on either his deck or ours overlooking the golf course. He was always a gracious host and will be missed. We are so sorry to hear of his passing. Keith and Marie Ambs

Many years ago my mom,the late Terry Norton Ross, served on several committees/boards & did business with Dick and always spoke so highly of him. I never knew he was your brother Nancy Kruer, but I am not surprised. You too are a wonderful light in this world and such a lovely lady. I am so very sorry for the recent heartaches you have had but pray that your light continues to be a beacon to those who are lucky enough to be in your path. May you feel God's presence helping you through this difficult time.
You,his wife & family are in my thoughts & prayers.
