Would most likely follow his advice today and really still do and am certainly inspired by his example. I join in the comments of our friend Fred Noye made in 2016 as very relevant today

Of course I remember John, will never forget him and will always treasure the association I had with him. He was a mentor as well as a friend to me and many others.

I am very thankul for John and and his mentoring back in 1978 when I graduated from law school and didn't know a soul in Cumberland County. I rented space from him for a few years and he opened his form file to me. It was invaluable. He also offered wonderful advce as to how to be a good honest lawyer, not just a successful (i.e. money) lawyer. His family became very close to my family and they even baby sat our son, John, who is now doing very well and in fact became an EMT with Silver Spring Township.
I remember playing basketball with John and Hubert at the Carisle YMCA many times and wishing that I could be as competitive at his age. Hubert and I were there when he decided to run for the House and then he won and I went door to door with him so that people knew what aquality guy he was.
I have missed him for many years before his death becuause of the passage of time. I hope to meet up with some time hearafter. Maybe we will play a little one-on-one and maybe this time i will win.

I had the honor to serve with John in Harrisburg. We had adjoining districts and represented Cumberland County. Although we were of different parties, it did not interfere in our efforts to try to help our area.
John was a class act and a gentleman in every respect. I am so sorry to learn of his passing, but will cherish the memories of our work together. We didn't always agree, but that never stood in our way to try to accomplish our shared goals.
Todays elected officials could take a real lesson from John on how to work together to accomplish something even when you don't agree on other issues. He proved you can be true to your beliefs , but respect and work with the opposition.
May he rest in peace.

Dear Melanie and Family,
Please accept my condolences. I only learned about your father's life by way of his obituary; what a full one he lived. I know this must be a difficult time for you, but I realize you have the support and love of your family. Please also know that you are in my thoughts during this sad period.
Sincerely,
Loraine Taylor

Very sad to hear of Rep. Broujos' passing. He served honorably in every endeavor he pursued.

A MARINE COMES HOME...

Few, earn the Title, "United States Marine".
Once earned, they are Marines Forever...

When they die, their Honor clean, they stand before Heavens Gates and see two signs, Eternal Peace and Marines...
Below the sign Marines is a path...
The Marine follows the path to a Quonset Hut, knocks Three Times and enters...
Behind a table stand two Marines, Colonel Lewis B. Puller and Sergeant Major Dan Daly...
The SgtMaj. hands the Marine a Quill Pen and Bottle of Red Black Ink...
The Marine signs his name to the Duty Roster, after which his Heavenly Robes Fade, replace by standard Marine Corps Issue...
The Colonel Smiles, Adjusts his cover and does a Right Face out the Hatch to the Yellow Footprints to Muster as The USMC Devil Dog Division...

The Colonels purpose is clear, To fight The Forces of Evil for all Eternity under The Command of the Ultimate Commander-In-Chief, GOD ALMIGHTY....

"By The Grace Of God,
And A Few Marines,
It's Good To Be Home"...

Semper Fidelis Colonel...
The Old Breed...

Dear Gregg: My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this difficult time. - Jeff Pollock, Esq., Sq. Hill

We note with sadness the passing of an honorable man, a true patriot and defender of our country in the military and as a public servant. As a lawyer, he served justice doing what he could to serve the needs of folks of all walks with dignity and fairness.

Much more could be said, but it was my honor to have known him, socialized with him and worked with him.

My sympathy to Louise and all of John's loyal and supporting family.
