HI JEFF AND LYNN,

I HAVE FOND MEMORIES OF YOUR DAD. I REMEMBER LEARNING A LOT IN LAFAYETTE'S MICE LAB AND LOVING TO GO THERE WITH HIM. I ALSO CAN HEAR HIM SAYING I ATE LIKE A "LITTLE BIRD" AT THE SHORE WHEN I WAS HOMESICK. HE ALSO DREW DESIGNS IN THE SAND TO CHEER ME UP. IT'S NICE THAT HE GOT TO SPEND SO MUCH TIME WITH YOUR CHILDREN. YOU'RE IN MY THOUGHTS. FONDLY, BARB

I just learned of Marshall's death. I met Marsh thru Dixie Cup Corp. We were active together in Don-Mar Assets Co owning 17 garages near Lafayette College, an apartment house in Easton, and developing building lots in Forks Township. Marsh built his home on his; I sold mine. We had a lot of fun in these endeavors and even made some money. Sorry that he is gone.

Dr. Brown; J. Marshall Brown; Marsh - These names show the evolution of our relationship.

I'm not sure that you realize how much you meant to me. You were my mentor and role model. You introduced me to the qualities needed to be a good psychologist and a good man, although I wasn't always ready to receive them.

* You taught us how to to learn.
* You taught me how to teach.
* You taught me how to conduct research.
* You allowed me to work with you on the development of evaluation tools like the Brown-Taylor Attitude Toward Violence.
* You helped me see that psychology is most important when it is applied to the real world.
* You helped me see the obligation we all have to community service.
* You helped me apply my Christian upbringing to my life and my work.

With great repect,

Art Taylor
