I learned a great deal from Jack at First Boston but never realized he was a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology, my alma mater. He was great -- both as an instructor and role model -- for a young banker.

I was saddened to learn of the passing of Jack.

I am Peter Cohen, President of the Animal Refuge League Board of Directors. Jack was a Board Member of the ARL from 2001 until now.

Jack was a calm, giving presence for our organization. His talents and dedication will be missed.
