You are on my heart Keneen.
I am blessed to have known John. He had an uncanny ability to see through people and get to the point of truth for them. He could discern what it was that made us tick. He was kind and gentle. He reached out to me when I was hurting. I will never forget how you guys invited me into your home and he lovingly spent the time to work on me and help me with my vertigo. I am praying for strength for your journey in life and that you feel God's love all around you. Thank you Keneen for sharing this awesome man with us all.

HI Keenen-

Oh my! I'm so sorry for your heart!!! I can't imagine what you're going through. I pray for peace for you and true freedom for John's spirit. Sending prayers for blessings of love and light, strength and wisdom on how to keep walking in this life with joy.

I don't know how to contact you except for this method.

Much love,
Peggy & Brad

Hello~
I just learned of Johns passing through a long time mutual friend.
To say that I was stunned is a way to express a lack of words.
As everyone who will write their thoughts into this journal, John always grabed life with both hands, and usually with a laugh or smile.
I first met him in Boulder in 1976, when he was a UPS delivery man. Perhaps it was with the US postal system. He had recently returned from Nepal, very excited and inspired. He was thrilled about TM ( meditation) and thought that EVERY body should learn it. I eventually did..in NORWAY!
My thoughts go to all his friends and family.
I will end with one "Cervenka-ism" that I'm sure was known by all who knew him. He used to get great pleasure out of the idea that..." We ALL go around with REALITY painted on the inside of our eyeballs!" This was always followed by a hearty gut-felt laugh!
I like to think that he is STILL laughing at that one!~
Sincerely
Ken Carpenter
