John Boyd "Jeb" Christian, Jr., 70, passed away on July 5, 2024, in Fort Myers, FL after a brief hospitalization. Born on March 25, 1954, in Omaha, NE, Jeb was a devoted and generous man, known for his kind-hearted nature and commitment to his family and friends. He brought laughter and joy to all who knew him.

Jeb graduated from Littleton High School in Littleton, CO, and later earned a B.S. in Political Science from American University in Washington, DC. He built a successful career as a licensed real estate broker and commercial real estate developer for over 20 years before founding his own real estate development company, serving clients in the automotive services, health care, and food industries.

He was a faithful member of the Church of the Resurrection of Our Lord, where he found great comfort and community.

Jeb is survived by his loving wife, Sheri Marshall Christian; his sisters, Sallie Christian and Carrie Koutsoumpas; brother-in-law, Tom Koutsoumpas; and nephews, Tom Koutsoumpas, Jr. (Megan) and Christian Koutsoumpas. He was preceded in death by his parents, John B. (Jack) Christian, Sr. and Gloria J. Christian.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the ASPCA in Jeb's memory, honoring his love for animals. Jeb's generosity and spirited personality will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
