John Clark, 80, of Livingston, Montana, passed away on December 15, 2025, surrounded by his family. He was born on August 21, 1945, in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

John proudly served in the U.S. Navy and was a skilled mechanic who worked on trains, planes, and vehicles throughout his varied career. This experience led him to several seasons managing the Old Faithful Service Station in Yellowstone National Park.

After retiring from Montana Motor Supply, he and his wife, Susan, owned and operated Diamond K Lodge, an assisted living center. The Lodge brought him great joy as he served the Park County senior community, which he cherished.

John is survived by his wife, Susan Clark, of Livingston, MT; his daughter, Angie Printz (Kenny), of Livingston, MT; and his son, Jason Clark (Megan), of Seattle, WA. He is also survived by his sister, Dorothy MacKenzie-Schmidt, of Santa Barbara, CA; his brother, Joe Clark, of Grove, OK; his brother, Mike Clark, of Chandler, OK; his brother, Ron Clark, of Stroud, OK; and his sister, Patsy Mullendore, of Jacktown, OK. He was a proud Papa to Lindzi, Ellie, Tyson, and Ever, who were the great joy of his life.

John is preceded in death by his parents, John and Marie Clark; his sister, Trudy Johnson; and his brother, Mark Clark.

The family will honor John with a Celebration of Life in the summer of 2026. In lieu of flowers, they welcome memories, stories, and or donations to Livingston Memorial Hospital or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
