My sincere condolences to the Connelly family. While I have never met CAPT Connelly, I know of his career with HA(L)-3 DET-7 Binh Thuy. If I had the opportunity to meet him, I would have said "Thank you for your service Seawolf".
Respectfully,

Jack had a beautiful spirit that could not be hidden, even through illness. He was gracious and humble and kind to those he met. We teased him about his "Blueberry" story and he was always so patient with our teasing. His family is in my heart and prayers, especially Carolyn and Kathy.

Jack was a truly fine man. Even in illness he had a spirit that couldn't be hidden. I will always remember his "Blueberry" story and his gentle, quiet approach to life. My thoughts and prayers to all his family especially to Carol and Kathy.
