Sincere condolences to you, Kelly, and your family. I knew John through his brother, Mike, back in the 70s. I hope he did not suffer.

Dear Kelly,

Please accept my sympathy regarding John's passing. I am Mark Frederick, and have know John for the better part of 50 years. We worked Funerals together as young men for his Grandmother, Mrs. Grant's Funeral Service.

I became great friends with his late brother Mike, and John Sr. and my late Father were close friends from the early 1960's.

In later years we became reacquainted as members of the State Street Debating Society.

Please know, I always found John, his family, and also his late Uncle Raymond Grant as wonderful people exuding nothing but great class and dignity.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your extended family.

All My Best,

Mark

John was a wonderful boss during my years working with him at American Home Products (Wyeth). He helped me in my first forrays into business networking, introducing me to some very influential people. We have a wonderful photo of him and Kelly and other AHP friends in our wedding album from 25 years ago. My deepest sympathies to Kelly and family.

John Considine helped shape my values by his leadership, dedication and commitment to making all things better. His wisdom, compassion and sense of humor made him unique in making all who met him feel comfortable and at ease.
His dedication and love for his wife Kelly was limitless.
To say that he made a difference in my life is an understatement.
I will never forget Mr. Considine and I feel fortunate to have known him.

John and i were childhood friends! His dad and mine were both Stamford police officers. I grew up on Courtland Avenue And spent 90% of my time on Sutton Drive hanging out with John. I have nothing but great memories of those early days! John is gone much too soon. Rest in peace ! Your childhood friend Paul Guzda

My condolences to John's family. We were childhood friends. I could see back then (at Stark School) that John had an uncommon maturity about him. Reading his life's resume speaks to just how good a person he was.

I grew up with John and his younger brother Michael and attended Fairfield Prep with them. At a young age he was always a cut above every one of his peers, but always a gentleman. I marveled ar his success and knew that he earned every bit of it but never forgot his roots. Taken way
too young...

Kelly and Nicole: My heart sank when I read this notice. Such a wonderful human being. While I didn't see John that often I knew that he was about a solid as a man could be - kind, engaged, and generous to a fault. A true credit and testament to his parents, John and Doris. Having worked with John's brother, Mike, for so many years, I still recall the first time Mike introduced me to John. We spoke for a while and after we left I said to Mike, "You're sure that's YOUR brother?" Mike laughed because he knew exactly what I meant. John certainly left things better than he found them - we'd be better off with more like him. Rest easy, John. You were a good man.
